I know what you are thinking. Another Guru out there to help me lose weight, but how much does this guy want? Right. Zilch, absolutely nothing, I just want to help you to help yourself and that is all. All you need is the tools and the desire. The tools meaning the knowledge on what to eat and why, and then remove a huge obstacle that has been probably preventing you to lose the weight that you want. Yes, losing weight can be easy, if you know what to do and do it to the best of your ability.
Now I know that there are thousands upon thousands of books written on weight loss. But they won’t do you a bit of good if you don’t put the advice into action. That is where desire, willpower and sheer persistance is the key to your success in losing weight, and not only shedding off those unwanted extra pounds but keeping the weight off for good. No I’m not a weightloss expert but I have helped a multitude of people lose weight expertly through my advice.
When I said at the beginning you must first remove a huge obstacle that is preventing you from losing weight fast, I was not referring to your desire, willpower and persistence. Rather within your body is a restriction which is commonly known as Candida Albicans. A build up of yeast in your body that is totally slowing down your metabolic rate to a crawl. You must remove this candida yeast first before you attemp to go on your weightloss journey. You want your metabolism to be working at it’s optimum so that you burn more calories faster, so that you can wear your favorite bathing suit to the beach or get into your favorite old pair of jeans that’s been sitting in your closet for years.
