As one who suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder I think that I qualify to give a little information that may just save you a great deal of pain and aggravation down the road. This neurotransmitter is like the sparking action of a spark plug. Thirdly by working up a sweat through exercise you are creating a vast amount of oxygen which is so needed for the brain, cells, blood, heart, organs etc. etc. etc. When you exercise your body pumps blood readily more throughout the human body. Red blood cells reproduce themselves every 60 to 90 days and with the cell rejuvenation comes fresh oxygen to the blood. So in a sense you are sending fresh oxygen throughout the body through exercise. And an oxygen rich body is usually a healthy body.
