Since your body weight is mainly made up of chemicals, of which approximately 65 % is Water and the balance of Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Chloride, Blood, Cerebral Spinal Fluid, Flora etc etc etc. then lets talk about them for a bit.
Water for example along with Food, is a vital necessity of life. When you exercise you must replenish water so the rest of the chemicals in your body can do what they were intended to. Without water the rest of the chemicals in your body cannot function properly. Furthermore water is needed to flush the food you have taken into your body that has been assimilated for your body to store. Water is the natural flush the body needs to rid itself of fecal matter that must be eliminated as well.
Water is also a diuretic that helps the digestive system of the body digest your food properly. Not just regular tap water with chlorine, flouride and lead. I am talking about spring or distilled water. If you are drinking tap water you are adding more chemicals to your body that may be altering your molecular structure with more unwanted chemicals.
Now lets talk about Dehydration. If you are not drinking enough water then your body will automatically get dehydrated which will in turn lead to nausea, headaches, dizziness, exhaustion, sleep deprivation and a host of other ailments that time does not let me clarify. Between 2 and 3 liters per day is what your body requires to keep it healthy and active.
If you are not drinking at least 8, 10 ounce glasses of water per day you are definitely doing your body a huge disservice. I cannot stress the importance enough but not just tap water. I mean spring water or distilled water that is free of any unwanted chemicals your body will store as toxins. Tap water is full of chlorine, lead and flouride that your body will take into your cells and store as unwanted chemicals that will cause you sickeness or disease down the road.
